Last Updated: This Know Your Customer (“KYC”) Policy sets out the identity verification, due diligence, fraud prevention, compliance, and participant authentication procedures applicable to the FURY™ platform and related services operated by Elycrox Global Ltd. (“FURY”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Policy forms part of the broader legal, operational, and compliance framework governing use of the FURY™ Platform and should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Contest Rules, and any other applicable policies or participation requirements. By accessing or using the Platform, Users acknowledge and agree to comply with this KYC Policy where applicable.

• PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

• The purpose of this Policy is to: • verify the identity of users and participants; • prevent fraud, impersonation, identity theft, and abuse; • protect the integrity of competitions and prize systems; • support compliance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations; • reduce risks associated with financial misconduct, unlawful activity, and platform manipulation; • maintain trust, fairness, and transparency across the FURY™ ecosystem.

• The Company reserves the right to implement verification measures proportionate to the nature of the activity, transaction, participation level, prize category, or operational risk involved.

• APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY

• This Policy may apply to: • contestants; • voters; • prize winners; • users making payments or receiving payouts; • individuals participating in live events or recorded content; • sponsors, contractors, vendors, and strategic partners where necessary; • any user whose activities require enhanced verification or compliance review.

• The Company reserves the right to determine which users or activities require verification.

• Certain Platform features may remain inaccessible until applicable verification requirements are satisfied.

• INFORMATION WE MAY REQUEST

• For the purpose of identity verification and compliance, the Company may request information including: • full legal name; • date of birth; • telephone number; • email address; • residential address; • government-issued identification; • passport photograph or selfie verification; • bank account details; • tax or payment-related information; • social media identifiers where relevant; • proof of address documentation.

• Additional information may be requested depending on the nature of participation, prize eligibility, payment activity, or risk assessment.

• ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

The Company may accept one or more of the following forms of identification:

• National Identification Number (NIN);

• International Passport;

• Driver’s Licence;

• Permanent Voter’s Card;

• other legally recognised identification documents acceptable to the Company.

• The Company reserves the right to reject documents that are expired, altered, illegible, suspicious, inconsistent, or otherwise unreliable.

• VERIFICATION PROCEDURES

• Verification may include manual reviews, automated systems, biometric checks, document authentication procedures, fraud screening mechanisms, or third-party verification services.

• The Company may: • request additional documentation; • conduct repeat verification checks; • cross-check submitted information against available records; • delay participation or payouts pending verification completion; • restrict or suspend accounts where verification concerns arise.

• Verification requirements may vary depending on operational, legal, security, or commercial considerations.

• ENHANCED DUE DILIGENCE

• Enhanced verification measures may be applied in situations involving: • high-value prizes or payouts; • suspicious account activity; • multiple account usage; • unusual voting patterns; • identity inconsistencies; • regulatory concerns; • cross-border transactions or activities.

• Enhanced due diligence may involve additional documentation, interviews, source-of-funds inquiries, manual investigations, or escalated review procedures.

• FAILURE TO COMPLETE VERIFICATION

• Where a User fails or refuses to complete required verification procedures, the Company may: • restrict access to certain Platform features; • suspend participation; • withhold prizes or payouts; • freeze or terminate accounts; • disqualify affected entries or activities.

• The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from inability or refusal to satisfy applicable verification requirements.

• FRAUD PREVENTION AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY

• The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, impersonation, manipulation, collusion, identity theft, money laundering, or any conduct capable of compromising Platform integrity.

• Users shall not: • submit false information; • use forged or misleading documents; • impersonate another person; • operate multiple deceptive accounts; • attempt to manipulate voting systems or competition outcomes.

• The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspension, disqualification, reporting to authorities, legal enforcement, or permanent restriction from the Platform.

• DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• Personal Data collected for KYC and verification purposes shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, the FURY™ Privacy Policy, and internal security procedures.

• Verification information may be used for: • identity authentication; • fraud prevention; • security monitoring; • regulatory compliance; • dispute resolution; • platform integrity management.

• Access to verification information shall be restricted to authorised personnel, service providers, compliance teams, advisers, or regulatory authorities where reasonably necessary.

• The Company shall take reasonable steps to protect KYC information against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

• RECORD RETENTION

• Verification records and supporting documentation may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, audit, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

• Retention periods may vary depending on: • the nature of participation; • regulatory obligations; • fraud prevention requirements; • ongoing investigations or disputes; • financial or compliance considerations.

• Where information is no longer required, it may be securely deleted, anonymised, archived, or restricted in accordance with applicable standards and operational requirements.

• REGULATORY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

• The Company may disclose KYC-related information where reasonably necessary to: • comply with Applicable Laws; • respond to lawful requests or directives; • support investigations; • protect the integrity of the Platform; • prevent fraud or unlawful activity; • enforce legal rights or obligations.

• Such disclosures may be made to regulatory agencies, law enforcement authorities, courts, financial institutions, payment processors, or authorised investigative bodies.

• THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION PROVIDERS

• The Company may engage third-party identity verification, fraud detection, analytics, payment, or compliance service providers in connection with KYC procedures.

• Such providers may process information strictly for authorised operational and compliance purposes.

• The Company shall take reasonable steps to ensure that such providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

• INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING

• Where Users access the Platform from outside Nigeria, KYC-related information may be processed or transferred across jurisdictions in connection with operational, compliance, security, or verification requirements.

• Reasonable safeguards may be implemented to ensure appropriate protection of Personal Data in accordance with Applicable Laws.

• Users acknowledge that privacy protections in certain jurisdictions may differ from those applicable in their country of residence.

• USER OBLIGATIONS

• Users are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted for verification purposes are accurate, current, authentic, and lawfully provided.

• Users shall promptly notify the Company of any material change affecting submitted information.

• Submission of false, misleading, forged, manipulated, or fraudulent information may result in suspension, account termination, prize forfeiture, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

• PLATFORM MONITORING AND AUDIT RIGHTS

• The Company reserves the right to conduct reviews, monitoring procedures, investigations, audits, and integrity checks relating to Platform usage and verification activity.

• Such measures may be implemented for purposes including: • fraud prevention; • risk management; • security assessment; • regulatory compliance; • competition integrity enforcement.

• Users acknowledge that participation on the Platform may be subject to ongoing verification and monitoring procedures where reasonably necessary.

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, restrictions, suspensions, or consequences arising from: • verification reviews; • compliance investigations; • technical issues affecting verification systems; • regulatory requirements; • false or incomplete information supplied by Users; • actions reasonably taken to protect Platform integrity or comply with Applicable Laws.

• Nothing in this Policy shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

• CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

• The Company reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, or update this KYC Policy from time to time.

• Updated versions may be published through the Platform or communicated through appropriate channels.

• Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised terms constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy.

• GOVERNING LAW

This KYC Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

• DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy shall first be addressed through good faith discussions between the Parties.

• Where the matter remains unresolved within fourteen (14) days, the dispute shall be referred to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC).

• If unresolved after mediation, the matter may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.

• Nothing in this clause shall prevent the Company from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where necessary.

• By continuing to access or use the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Policy.
